Sysco is the world’s global foodservice leader. We are excited to be hosting a field trip to the Sysco Factory located in Palmetto, FL this month. The Sysco warehouse refrigerates 450,000 square ft. of space at 8 different temperature set points, ranging from -10 degrees to 78 degrees. They use 51 evaporators to accomplish this and run anywhere from 2 to 4 compressors.
